PRODUCT SHOWCASE SETUP & TEARDOWN
BOOTH SETUP TIMES
- Thursday, January 22 from 8am – 6pm
- Friday, January 23 from 6am – 3pm
- All booths must be set up by 3pm on Friday
- Booths come with one 8-foot skirted table and two chairs
- Piping and draping will be provided for those who requested
- For other supplies, you must create an account on the Resch Expo portal
BOOTH TEARDOWN TIMES
- Friday, January 23 from 7pm – 9pm
- Saturday, January 24 from 8am – Noon
- All booth materials must be removed by Noon on Saturday.
- Resch will take any recycled boxes after the event including small items like posters, broken signs, etc. If vendors are looking to throw away windows, doors, etc., they will not be accepted.
RESCH EXPO VENDOR PORTAL
- You must create an account on the Resch Expo portal to order your electrical, IT equipment, carpeting, and additional tables or chairs. Place your orders by 1/9/26 to take advantage of advanced rates.
- If you ordered through the vendor portal for the 2024 event, you can use the same account and login information.
BOOTH SHIPPING DETAILS
VEHICLE INSTRUCTIONS
Liquid or gas fueled vehicles, boats, or other motorcraft shall not be located indoors except as follows:
- Batteries are disconnected.
- Fuel in fuel tanks does not exceed one-quarter tank or 5 gallons (19L) whichever is least.
- Fuel tanks and fill openings are closed and sealed to prevent tampering.
- Vehicles, boats, or other motorcraft equipment are not fueled or defueled within the building.
OTHER DETAILS
- Moving carts are available on a limited basis.
- All vendors will be able to move in using loading door #9, accessible through the parking lot on the North side of the building off Lombardi Avenue.
- Tables, piping, and draping will be provided for each booth space.
