You will travel to multiple job sites around the area delivering items to our clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Get down and dirty with deck take offs for walk-in clients and account managers

Detail-oriented 

Quoting and order entry for decking and stock products

Work directly with the builder/homeowner during product selections when possible.

Become “the go-to person”  for selections and descriptions of decking products that we sell to build trust and confidence with clients and walk-ins

Work closely with vendors and their representatives on training, builder conversation, service work and price negotiation.

Become an expert on competitor’s product and specifically the differences between “us and them”.

Be an all around team player by assisting with drywall ordering

Ensure that service issues are addressed within 48 hours. “48 hour solution resolution”

Answer customer service phone calls and assist walk-in customers with a million dollar smile

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be building roof and floor trusses for contractors and homeowners throughout Wisconsin. Bring your passion and determination and get ready for some fun! Here are the details

Properly position pre-cut boards on the truss tables according to blueprint specifications.

Ability to lift up to 70lbs & climb up and down from heights between 2.5-3ft repeatedly throughout the day.

Basic Mathematical Skills

Follow Line Leaders’ Instructions

Place metal reinforcement plates over connecting joints.

Swing a hammer to connect parts at joints.

Verify dimensions of pre-cut boards and accuracy of assembly before moving truss to the stacker.

Always maintain a safe and neat work area at all times.

Accurately record job times on the cutting sheets provided and on the time clock

Depict construction plans for proper placement of windows

Must be able to identify rough framing issues or window quality issues that would affect the installation and/or performance of windows. Must report any defective items to the appropriate personnel.

Adhere to all jobsite rules which may vary based on contractor.

Requires ordinary ambulatory skills; stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate weights of 5-100lbs.
