Family is at the top of our list at Drexel. As part of our culture- our goal is to encourage and support our team members to Focus on Family. Full Time Drexel Team members are given up to $100 each year to create a memory with their family.
We encourage the team to do something they may not typically do – it can be anything! The Focus on Family event could be as special as a dinner out, a trip to Wisconsin Dells, a Harley Ride to the north woods of Wisconsin, or swimming with the dolphins on your next family vacation.
Within our Team, each individual gives ‘family’ their own meaning. It could be a Team Member’s husband/wife and children, their parents, or maybe it’s a neighbor or furry companion – it’s whatever that Team Member defines as their family.
Each Full Time Team member is encouraged to take a photo enjoying their Focus on Family event, and below you’ll see just that. Our Team – on a Mission to Supply. Happiness. in everything we do!
*Team Members are reimbursed the first pay check of the following month after their Focus on Family is submitted.

Our family was able to finally vacation in Maui over the Christmas holiday. Covid really put an end to us doing this vacation last year and we had to jump through a lot of hurdles this year to just get there.. We spent 8 days on the island seeing everything the island had to offer from the volcano to the road to Hana and swimming with turtles. As a family we also got to experience many of the local foods the island had to offer. This meal we went to a spot my wife and I had been to before. The food was so amazing. Our kids enjoyed it and we are ever thankful for Drexel’s focus on family!!
My wife & I rarely do Christmas gifts with each other, but this year I picked up a book my Daughter & Son (almost 6 & almost 3), could fill out about their Mom. One of the questions for my daughter was what is one of her favorite memories with her Mom. Her answer was “Mommy & Daughter Day!”. So this coming Thursday they both have pedicures scheduled, dinner, and extra fun planned with each other. Sounds like both are pretty excited for the day to themselves. Ill add a picture after they are done this Thursday afternoon.

My husband and I took my mother in law to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra as a Christmas gift at the Fiserv Forum. None of us have seen this show but had heard really good reviews about it from friends and coworkers. We tend to have a hard time coming up with gift ideas for her and feel she has everything she needs (as she likes to shop, and usually gets what she wants when she wants it). As the past two years have been so hard with COVID and going places we felt she needed an “experience” rather than a wrapped gift. This was a PERFECT way to spend time together, have her see this awesome show, and also check out the Fiserv Forum which she had not been in it. It was a great night!
