Cambria Matte Finish vs. Cambria Gloss Finish

Cambria Countertops Stain Experiment

Drexel recently received questions on Cambria Matte Finishes not being as stain resistant as Cambria’s Gloss Finish. We decided to take matters into our own hands and find out for ourselves!

See image below – We put mustard, coffee, ketchup, vinaigrette salad dressing, red wine and apple cider vinegar on the top of both types of finishes. We left the substance sit on the countertop from 8am until 4pm. Everything came off clean with the swipe of a paper towel. The only spot that some of us (with extremely good eye sight) could see still was from the mustard. We used a little Green Works clorox cleaner on it and it went away like the rest within seconds. 

CONCLUSION

CAMBRIA MATTE IS JUST AS STAIN RESISTANT AS THE CAMBRIA GLOSS FINISH!
