My husband Jim and I had your company install porcelain tile and Kahrs wood flooring in our home in September of this year. We wanted you to know we are extremely pleased that we chose Drexel to install our new flooring.

Jason was very helpful in regards to working with us and answering any questions or concerns that we had. We were very impressed with the fact that he came to our home with the installer to look things over and talk about our options. Whenever I had to leave a message for Jason, he always returned my call promptly and was very pleasant to work with.
Your installer Nick was also excellent to work with. As I told Jason in one of our phone conversations, I am not easily impressed, but Nick impressed me almost on a daily basis. He always showed up when he said he would with a smile on his face and a great attitude. His dedication to his craft and Drexel is evident in his work. He is a perfectionist and an extremely hard worker which I truly appreciate.
We love our new floors and are very happy with our choices. We will definitely recommend Drexel to other people.
