This is routine for me…as an avid “gym rat” I love working out! 4-5 days a week, love doing classes especially. This photo is from my Monday night Define class where we do something different every week to help sculpt, strengthen, build endurance, and get cardio in all at once. I also enjoy, Bodypump(weight lifting), Ride(spinning/biking), and Yoga(stretch/strength/mindfulness). Changing it up helps to keep it fresh and also balance out the body and mind.
