It really was a wham-bam decision to go browse the showroom. Again, Mastercraft Builders is handling my initial framing/plumbing/etc. So they sent me your way to work with Mark. Anyway, just wanted to start seeing choices/colors/textures in person. Saturday was my only day I could get out there.

EXPERIENCE?
Very nicely greeted and very helpful staff. Especially for me strolling in right about kickoff time of the UW game and them closing in 15 minutes!!

Anyway, Mark is great. Got back to me via cell within probably 7 minutes on Friday. Then followed up immediately this morning 9:00am on the dot.
