Dear Beth,

I want to let you know that you have a wonderful employee by the name of Michael Sturomski. I have been in the residential construction industry for 15 yrs. I started out as a kitchen designer for a company that is no longer in business. I was hired by Bob Henderson at Henderson Group as the Interior Designer after designing kitchens for Bob’s houses. So I know something about cabinets and designing.

I met Michael last summer via an email I sent to get a quote for a job and I need a quick response. Michael answered my call and responded to my needs immediately. I didn’t know who he was but I was impressed with his impeccable service.

I told Bob Henderson that I was so impressed that I wanted Michael to be our “designer” from Drexel. I just finished working with Michael on a large kitchen remodel for a client of ours. My client and I came to the showroom and Michael was ready with “measured” designs along with perspectives and elevations to give my client a good idea of what her kitchen would look like. We are using the Dura Supreme line of cabinets and Michael knew the line of cabinetry inside and out. Every question we asked he had an immediate response – never really needing to look something up and taking time.

He was very gracious to serve muffins when we got there and pizza for lunch. My client told me she was very happy that we accomplished a lot!

My client is a doctor and doesn’t have the time to waste and she felt the meeting went very well and that’s because Michael was very well prepared.

I don’t go out of my way often to give praise to people but when I find a gem like Michael there’s no question in my mind that compliments have to be handed out. I don’t find many customer friendly people any more but Michael should win an award for his wonderful service.

Like I said I never met Michael before but when I first met him last year for the first time I felt like we were old friends instantly – he made me feel very comfortable. He knows his cabinets and he is supper, super friendly. He’s just a wonderful person to work with!
