To whom it may concern, My wife and I want to commend your Sales Specialist, Jason Stobel, at the Brookfield Bluemound showroom. We were out looking at what was available in carpeting for our dinning, front room and hallway. We had stopped at your competitor up from your showroom and on the way out to go home we decided to stop in your showroom. Jason came up to greet us and asked what were looking for in carpeting and told him what type. He first gave us a presentation on the Karistan and showed sample of the different carpets that we were interest in and also pad types. When we walked in we were not ready to purchase but after Jason gave his sales presentation, suggestions and told us about the Karistan warranty and rebate we were ready to purchase. He allowed us to take home carpet samples and also tile samples because we then decided to have Drexel do some floor tile placement at our front entry door and the doorway coming from the garage. We are looking at having our kitchen floor tiled and at a later date have our master bedroom carpeted. Jason will be our sales contact for these coming jobs.
Jason was courteous, knowledgeable and believed in good customer service. We will come back to Drexel because of this service and would recommend Drexel to our family and friends.
