I had the nicest interaction with Rob Dean. Of all the possible malfunctions with a new house the only one we had was a failed deadbolt. I took it back to Berlin at closing time and Rob dropped whatever he was doing (just like the sign says) and fixed my issue. Fabulous, please pass along to Joel. Our cabin is done and all my dealings with Drexel were wonderful. Thank you.
