Prior to working in design, I’d never had a desk job. I am very used to working with my hands and being constantly on my feet for work. Now that I sit (or stand) at a desk all day I often forget to get up and move throughout the day. Over that last year+ I have gained a significant amount of weight, and have struggled with motivation to work out and exercise. One of the reasons I chose this fitness watch is the built in work outs and “running coach” that calls out activity changes and coaches you through workouts. It also reminds me to move every hour and keeps me paying attention to the amount of water I’m drinking each day.
