On a serious note, focusing on fitness has been a lifestyle for me since I was young. A healthy body, inside and out, contributes to a longer life, happier families, and increased morale from day to day. With COVID shutting down the gym at my family’s apartment complex, this will be a nice tool to have to keep us in shape.
