I just wanted to say thank you again. The Duette unit arrived this morning at the time Lauren and I agreed to. I have re-installed it and it looks good and is working well.
Hunter Douglas had included new mounting brackets in the shipping box.
I returned the extra brackets to Drexel as well as the unique shipping box. I know shipping containers such as that have a cost and I thought perhaps Drexel could use it to ship someone else’s large shade or other product.
Again, thank you for your help and you can count on me to recommend Drexel to those I know.
