Joel, We had our carpet replaced two weeks ago, and so far everything looks great. I wanted to thank you for your prompt attention to our situation and allowing us to have our carpet replaced. I appreciate the customer service you provided. Cherie was extremely helpful and great to work with. My husband and I are looking now to replace our kitchen flooring and will be returning to Drexel.
