Hi Stacey,

I am writing to let you know that I had a wonderful experience with Amber Andrastek while picking out my bathroom counter tops. Amber was very thorough and efficient. She even emailed to let me know she would be off a few days and would follow up on my counter top installation when she returned. It is not the norm to find a sales person so proactive and this was after the sale. She even called to see how my installation went. I appreciated her patience with my questions and willingness to get the answers.

It is all too easy to complain these days, but I wanted to provide some positive feedback. I will be sure to come to Drexel and work with Amber when we remodel our kitchen.
