My wife Julie and I have been fortunate in our careers to have retired to our dream cottage in the woods in the Waupaca, Wisconsin area. Our house was constructed 2 years ago with materials sourced from Drexel Building Supply at that time and we just recently completed a screen porch addition where I had the privilege for the first time to work face-to-face with the Berlin staff. I am writing this note to compliment the products and services that Drexel Building Supply has provided to my wife Julie and I on our recent large screen porch project. Our builder, John Trayler, highly recommended using Drexel for the design and materials for our porch project. Having recently moved from the Appleton-Neenah area I had experience purchasing building supplies from Fox Valley Building Supply, Lowes, Home Depot, and Menard’s, I feel these businesses pale in comparison to the expertise and personalize customer service we have received from the Drexel professionals. Drexel offers 1st class products at a fair price, which is critical because it provides value to customers. We were provided outstanding guidance on product selection and options and the staff worked with us to maintain our budget, while still achieving our vision. I want to thank Individuals such as Craig, Matt, Zack, Rob, Olivia, the courteous delivery staff, and others whom have provided outstanding customer service, and should be complimented.
