I don’t usually do this, in fact this is the first time I have ever contacted a company to rave about the outstanding customer service that I received. I want to let you know how impressed and pleased I am with Jared Tio.

I recently built a Tim O’Brien home in Autumn Ridge Subdivision in Ixonia and discovered that my laminate floors were peeling and warping. I contacted the builder and they said my 1 year warranty is over and to contact Drexel directly (I have been in my new construction house less than 3 years!)

Jared contacted me and we scheduled a time for him to come out and look at my floors. He immediately said it was water damage due to my refrigerator leaking and water pooling underneath for some time. He advised me to turn the water off, which I did. The refrigerator was brand new and came with the house. He felt that it was probably from the installation that caused the water damage.

Jared has been very professional and helpful with all of my dealings with him as well as returning my phone calls immediately and staying in touch with me and communicating the progress with TOB.

I can not say enough good things about my experience with Jared and how very, very pleased I am with him.

He has provided OUTSTANDING customer service and I am so grateful for all that he has done for me.
