I just want to give a little credit to a one Mr. Scott Benson. He showed up at our shop today to pick 8 giant crates of metal to be delivered in Milwaukee. We when he showed up I knew nothing about it. So I made a couple phone calls, while Scott waited patiently. Turns out he was only expecting 6 medium crates. This would not have been a big deal but Scott already had a load of lumber on his truck to be delivered on his way to Milwaukee. Putting myself in his shoes, I would not have been very happy. However, Scott didn’t complain. He was able to get everything on his truck with a smile and a can do attitude. I am always impressed with how willing your employees are to go the extra mile.
