Hello Mr. Fleischman:

We recently purchased new carpets for our house (we originally purchased carpet from Drexel back in 1995). It was a very pleasant experience. We worked with Scot Wojcik and he is very knowledgeable and very courteous and helpful.

The installation was done very professionally and we are very happy. We also bought and installed baseboard for family room and hall. When we missed a portion of the base board installation, they came back and completed the job. They were extremely courteous and did a super job in not only installing the missing base board, but also took care of couple of minor problems that we noticed without hesitation.

Buying a carpet is one thing, but getting excellent service is another thing. We had both with Drexel. This is just to say thanks to both Scot and the Drexel install people.
