Had aged carpeting and padding replaced this week. It had served us well and we wanted to replace it with basically the same product. Of the four different companies we visited, Drexel’s salesman was the only one that both showed us the carpet samples we wanted to see (not what he thought we should buy,) and then gave us a price that we expected. Not a price that we loved; just one that was expected. The installers were pleasant, experienced, and we were updated on the work throughout the day.
