We also wanted to let you know the positives!! During the past several weeks your staff has been great to work with!! I know we had the mishap with the forgotten door and I appreciate the quick response to get it resolved. However, your team has always been a pleasure to work with. Michaelle has been very patient with us as we designed the lower level and an additional cabinet system for our dinette. Jay has been out to the house to do final measurements and also has been patient and a pleasure to work with. Tim has been on the ball to ensure our patio issue is moving along before we get too far into the winter months. Barb in scheduling on the Drexel side has been very accommodating to fit our needs during the repair work being done. Also, Bronco is awesome. He is great, thorough and a wealth of information on any questions we have had.
