Hi Joel, I’m not quite sure if you know who we are, or not. We see you on occasion at church. I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how pleased we were to do business with your company. Paula and I decided it was time to redo the flooring in part of our house. We went around and got a few estimates and decided to give a call to Drexel. From the time we walked through the door, we were met by your greeter who introduced us to Danielle to get the ball rolling in answering our flooring questions and offered up ideas, to the installers by the name of Travis and John we could not be happier with your people and the products. Danielle was able to answer all of our questions on a timely manner even after hours late night emails and the like. Although the estimate was a little higher than the competition to the north, it was definitely worth the extra money. In my opinion all these people that played a hand in our satisfaction deserve a BIG raise and as long as you’re handing out raises give one to EB as well. He tells me he’s the hardest-working guy at Drexel.
