I just want to let you know that I have been in your store twice now looking at shingles and siding and both times I was dealing with Alex Steiner. I was most impressed with his customer service. He went out of his way to accommodate me and answer my many questions.

I also want to comment on how impressed I was with the person at the front desk when I walked in. She made me feel most welcome in your business both times.
I left there feeling great about working with such an awesome company.

I am also in the service industry and I know how most people only write a comment when it is negative but I try to reach out with compliments as often as it merits.
