I just want to send a quick note to say thank you. In Feb of last year I purchased a home through brookstone and the old Drexel did my flooring. I have had 2 manufacture defects with my carpeting. The first time you sent out an excellent crew that replaced my whole upstairs carpeting. After calling again to state that there was still a defect you sent Bronco out a second time to take pictures. Bronco was great. He went above and beyond to be friendly and try to make my bad experience with the carpeting as painless as possible. I just can’t say enough nice things about how I was treated by him. Also Cheri in customer service has been great to work with. Even though my problem was technically not your guys’s problem she took care of it to the best of her ability. Although I would have liked to upgrade at my expense to different carpeting I felt that she really did care and tried her best. After working with another flooring company that my builder now works with about a different flooring issue, I realize that your people and your service stand way above the rest. You have definitely made a repeat customer out of me. I will turn to you for my future flooring needs. So thanks again.
