We wish to thank you for graciously repairing our carpeting on Monday, June,21 even though our carpeting was purchased from your previous ownership .
Also, we are most pleased with both the workmanship and politeness expressed by your Service Specialist Mr. Bronco Bell and impressed we are by his positive comments about your leadership and how he now feels more a part of your team rather than just another employee of sorts…an unusual compliment in today’s word of business . Having once been the president of a company employing 1800+ it is gratifying to hear his feelings…congrats .
