I am writing to you to let you know about the help I have received from John Van Beek.

John has been supportive and made several suggestions that I have incorporated; and was quick in getting sketches back to me for modification. He has sent several material samples home with me for an in-house check. He has also checked with the cabinet manufacturer on specific features I have asked about.

After some minor tweaks John redid the layout for changes in cabinet depths and widths and then sent screen captures of the changes for an okay.

The design has progressed to the point where I brought in my wife Sue for her to start working on finishing details. He was unfailingly polite and attentive to her ideas as he has been to mine.

You would be served well to keep him as an employee.
