It has been a life long dream of my wife and I to build just once. We lived in our prior house for over 30 years. We were fortunate to be only miles from Drexel Building Supply where we received 5-Star treatment. Becky Radue of Drexel was wonderful in helping us pick our cabinets, woodwork ,countertops, ,knobs,etc.. She not only worked around our schedule but had ongoing meetings with us so as to not overwhelm us with too much information at one time. Jerrod Steffes managed the majority of our building supplies including doors, windows, framing etc,. He too was terrific. Time and time again he met with us to make sure we were comfortable with our selections.

You can tell that customer service is key to their organization. Renee Sixel and Judy Ehlenbeck did a fabulous job in keeping me informed about any invoicing or return issues.

The sad part about completing the construction phase of our house is that we miss the daily interaction we had with the Drexel team. We actually have gained a new set of friends from the build and I don’t think many people can walk away saying that.
