I did initial online request of flooring thru Costco’s website. Within a few days I got a call from Shawn who set up an in home free consultation. We have children and a busy golden retriever and Shawn showed us that the best option for our money would be to go with laminate rather than hardwood. Made complete sense to us as we had previous laminate in our old home. Shawn did not try to push products but explained in complete detail the process. We were working on a deadline to have floors installed and they completely met those. Had install done in 1 day as it wasn’t a huge area but required quite a bit of time. They tore out our old carpet and hauled away and cleaned up very well after themselves. Had 3 guys working on it. Floors look great. They did a fantastic job of putting moldings in as well.
