I wanted to reach out to you to let you know of the amazing experience I had earlier this week while working with Shannon Dorn!
We are doing a small bathroom remodel and realized that our contractor would be short one box of floor tiling. He had us on his schedule this past Tuesday and Wednesday, so we needed the tiles to avoid a significant delay in completion. To make a long story short, Shannon took care of us with the best customer service that I have received in awhile! She went above and beyond for a single box of tilling, never making the task seem insignificant. In addition, she followed up, making sure that all went well.I don’t doubt that you have a strong team at Drexel! You should be very proud of the way that Shannon is representing your company!
